A freelancer is someone who doesn’t work for a company full time, is engaged by different companies for some jobs. For example a magazine or website will have a core team of editors who pick freelance writers to write articles, or a TV production crew might bring in freelance cameramen to work on one series of programs.
Being a freelancer means you don’t have a boss telling you what to do, so you don’t have to do jobs you don’t want. You might also get to work at home for specific projects but you have to meet the deadline.A specialist in a particular field who works for themselves, finding their own work, and typically working on fairly short-term projects. In the media, creative /technical jobs are often freelance.

The advantage of being a freelancer is that you can work at any time you want, you have the freedom to work either in the early mornings or at the late nights, as long as your work is delivered to the deadline even though some clients don’t mind when and how you do it.
Also you work wherever you want, or feel comfortable to work, for example: at the library, street, etc.
In addiction you are your own boss, you know what you like, you get to build the career you want

The disadvantage of being a freelancer is that just being at it is not enough to earn, you need to network, market yourself and make contacts because people do not know you and that you are there to do it, so you have to look for those who need you
In addiction you are responsible for finding your work, once you’re established as a freelancer you will receive emails from your clients who might heard about you and your work and you have to go to the client to get the jobs wherever it situates.

A permanent job is the most regular and do not have a predetermined end date to employment.
The advantages of having a permanent job is that the employees often receive benefits from the job, such as: subsidized health care, holidays, sick times, paid vacations, etc.You have a contract that is indefinite (providing you stick to the terms and conditions). You work for an employer and your hours, pay and conditions will be laid out in the contract. You are paid a regular wage. You are entitled to holidays, sick pay and other benefits.

The voluntary sector or community sector is the duty of social activity undertaken by organizations that are not-for-profit and non-governmental.
